Co-founder, CEO
Albert Chen is an AI strategist and prompt engineer who helps organizations build AI products and transform workflows. With 19 years across startups, corporations, and nonprofits, he brings a practical approach to AI adoption—from architecting solutions to training teams.
At State Street, Albert partnered with executives during enterprise-wide IT transformation projects, developing his expertise in corporate change management. He then spent five years in Mexico City scaling an NGO's operations through technology solutions and process improvements.
Today, Albert guides businesses and nonprofits through AI product development and roadmap design. He collaborates with executives, technical teams, and field staff to integrate generative AI tools into their daily operations. A regular conference speaker, he delivers AI workshops and keynotes that make complex concepts accessible to all audiences.
Joshua Cheng
Co-founder, COO & CFO
Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur, involved in the founding or early stages of seven startups, nonprofits and funds, most notably achieving a successful exit with Veriti Management. With C-level experience across roles like COO, CAO & CFO, Josh specializes in crafting strategies and institutionalizing processes. Notably, he has helped companies raise money and prepare for acquisitions.
He has deep experience with major tech buildouts, adoptions and integrations to streamline operations, making businesses both efficient and scalable. A trusted advisor to early stage companies and a board member to several organizations, Josh offers strategic guidance and makes key connections that foster growth. He holds a B.S. in Business from UC Berkeley and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
